palin comparison

The bubble-headed disciples of teh Obamessiahâ„¢ must be somewhat reeling right now - as they worked themselves into an orgasmic frenzy over the libporn ’sermon on mile high’ (which I cannot even recall, so popcorn-like is Obama’s oratory), we were busy sucker-punching them with Sarah Palin.
I thought teh Obamateur® would lose before, and, although excitement over the Veep selection is usually shortlived, I think McCain just fired up the base big time and a win in November now looks a strong likelihood.
And remember, when that happens, you’re all racists.
Pre-convention bounce. I likey.

Lord Bitememan says:
Yeah, he still has a convention to go too! And already the story about the past 48 hours is “VP pick! What speech?”
Chris says:
Yeah, McCain may have killed any extra bounce Obama might have received from his pick. Palin has hidden warts, I’m sure, but on the surface, she looks INCREDIBLE. And just think, in 4 years if McCain wins and goes only 1 term, we have a young upcomer to challenge Hillary. McCain loses, she governs Alaska for 4 years, meets some presidents of other countries and runs again.
One of the callers to the local radio station mentioned “I now know what Chris Matthews meant when he had that leg tingle”. She certainly gives the convention new energy.
Its Sarah Palin!!!! « Obi’s Sister says:

Palin will certainly be the “best looking” veep we ever had.
raz0r says:
There was a speech? By whom?
Team McCain just steamrolled over the Donks post-orgy party. He’ll carry the momentum through the weekend and then the new news cycle will start about the RNCC next week. So much for the libs lovefest.

I have been worried about who McCain would pick. I was afraid that he would make the same mistake that Onama made and pick some old Washington Has-Been.
But! What a barn burner!! Palin is the shot in the arm that the country and the party needed. Her speech with McCain yesterday had me clapping to myself as I listened to the radio.
Her message was not about hope and change, or changing hope, or hoping for change to hope. Her message was not about what is wrong with America, or how America has passed you by.
NO, her message was about country, service, and service to country, and WHY the choice to serve should be made. Very Positive, uplifting and inspiring.
We have known for a long time that there are problems in Washington, Palin looks like, and sounds like, someone who will fight the good fight and do what is best for the people of this country
