I am shocked

Turns out Al Gore is a total huckster, selling snake oil from his Lear Jet bunko booth.
After the Tennessee Center for Policy Research exposed Gore’s massive home energy use, the former Vice President scurried to make his home more energy-efficient. Despite adding solar panels, installing a geothermal system, replacing existing light bulbs with more efficient models, and overhauling the home’s windows and ductwork, Gore now consumes more electricity than before the “green” overhaul.
Since taking steps to make his home more environmentally-friendly last June, Gore devours an average of 17,768 kWh per month –1,638 kWh more energy per month than before the renovations – at a cost of $16,533. By comparison, the average American household consumes 11,040 kWh in an entire year, according to the Energy Information Administration.
Wow!! What a twat!!
Can we fix it? Yes, you can!

I love you Beth, but we should award people for trying to be more energy efficient. At least he tried. We all should. I myself have stopped using cars except for rare occasions. I mostly ride my bike. This isn’t a Right Wing and Left Wing argument. This is a serious issue we all face. We need to try and fail as much as possible. Thanks for bringing the news though.

Imagine that the Goracle a hypocrit. Never would have thought of that. With all the money he makes off the carbon credits, you would think he would actually does what he preaches, but do as I say not as i do is the mantra of the Environmentalists.
And have you seen Presidnet Bush’s pad, it is totally green. But he is not one of the sky is falling hysterics. Makes you wonder if the Goracle is just blowing smoke to make some money.
And if this was a serious issue for us all, do you think that the one’s teling us this hoax is real, wouldn’t they actually stop flying to Bora Bora for Climate Change conferences, or fly off in the private jets all over the world to tell us we are all going to die.
Do not get me wrong, I think we should leave the environment as clean as we can, but the sky is falling crap is all bogus.
