cbs sniper fire threatens more hillary damage

Liar, liar, pants on fire!
So sayeth CBS News, who run a rather unflattering side-by-side comparison of video shot during the infamous Tuzla visit with Hillary’s recent description of the same. Suffice to say you don’t see much running for cover or visible signs of any looming sniper threat.
The CBS footage making the rounds clearly refutes the former first lady’s claim that she had to run for cover from sniper fire when she got off the plane in Bosnia. There was no sniper fire. In fact, dignitaries greeted Mrs. Clinton and her daughter Chelsea on the tarmac. She then had a photo-op posing with soldiers. She and Chelsea were mingling, leisurely, with dignitaries and others at the airport ceremony.
Meanwhile Chelsea Clinton, who was 16 at the time of the derring-do mission, gave a non-answer-answer to a question about snipers today and was promptly whooped and clapped by a bunch of Clintonista partisans, who clearly don’t see why pretending to have experience and actually having it should be treated as different.
I’m actually a fan of Operation Chaos and hope that Hillary continues her futile campaign for the nomination. But I do like it when her naked lies are exposed and laughed at.

You see, it’s sh-t like this (pardon my Swedish) that makes me wanna go out and hire a youtube crew to film a commercial that goes “for the love of God, vote Obama.” I cannot understand ANYONE voting for Hillary (and that includes the likes of Limbaugh and Coulter), much less anyone with a D on their voter card. Wake the bleep up, West Virginia and Pennsylvania! Stop giving Hillary any support! PLEASE! STOP!
When Sinbad (the stand-up who, by the by, beat Dennis Miller in that Ed McMahon talent show from the mid-80s) is showing more common sense and honesty to qualify more for the Presidency, by God, just GO AWAY HILLARY! PLEASE!
There’s an excuse that Hillary was ‘fatigued’ that led to her mis-speaking, what does that say regarding her 3 a.m. skillz if she can’t be coherent and thinking clearly at 3 p.m.?
reinsert that photo of Knut the Cute Polar Bear doing his /facepalm. I think we all need it.

Lord Bitememan says:
Whatever they’re doing, it’s working. . . for us. Rasmussen just showed that Missouri, a formerly tossup state, is now in the leans Republican column. This makes the relative strength 247 Dem electoral votes to 240 Republican with the balance in tossup. A month ago the Dems had 280 on their side, and as such had the presidency going in. The more this goes on, the more they falter and wane. The sad thing is, this is going to go on till August, sad that is if you are a Democrat.
The truth be told, I have at one point or another looked to either as a palatable evil if the Dems simply must win. Two things have soured both of them in my eyes, the “typical white person” flap from Obama, and Hillary’s greatest surrogate of all, Chelsea. Obama’s got play, but Chelsea’s didn’t. She’s taken to evading questions, and that’s bad enough, but when asked about the Lewinsky affair and if she thought that would damage her mother’s chances she indignantly replied “I don’t think that’s any of your business!” Excuse me little lady, but that was a very public debacle for months in the 1990s and it very much is public domaine. This girl needs to realize that she isn’t 12 anymore. She doesn’t get a free ride from the press and the public at 28. If she wants to be a private citizen, stay away from the limelight, and live her life, then she can be left alone. However, when she goes and speaks on her mother’s behalf, and actively campaigns, she becomes every bit as much a public figure as her mother and she needs to buck up and accept that she gets to talk to the press and answer some tough, sometimes painful questions. She could have given any answer, yes, no, or I don’t know, and justify it reasonably. To cop out like that and avoid giving an answer just makes her a coward. I didn’t like Bill, not a big fan of Hillary either, and I now have neither respect nor sympathy for Chelsea. I would sooner see a president Nader than either side of Obamary.
GO MCCAIN!

I have to admit, I’m really enjoying this campaign season now that it’s sooooooo entertaining. I’m sure that after the conventions, everything will go back to “normal”–puff pieces on the Communcrats and hit pieces on McCain. But the internal damage to the Dumbs will be harder to overcome.
