enough about me. what do you think about me?

Michelle Obama is going to be pure gold for John McCain’s campaign. Pure gold.

“I know we’re spending — I added it up for the first time — we spend between the two kids, on extracurriculars outside the classroom, we’re spending about $10,000 a year on piano and dance and sports supplements and so on and so forth,” Mrs. Obama tells the women. “And summer programs. That’s the other huge cost. Barack is saying, ‘Whyyyyyy are we spending that?’ And I’m saying, ‘Do you know what summer camp costs?’”

I would imagine most of the women Michelle Obama was talking to were easily spending 10 grand a year on dancing lessons, polo ponies and Gucci loafers for their kids.

Luckily, she’s a good soldier, and simply marches on:

With all those concerns, one might wonder whether the women should be comforting Mrs. Obama, but she assures them that she’s really O.K. “We don’t complain because we’ve got resources because of our education. We’ve got family structure,” she says. “So I tell people don’t cry for me.”

Whew!! I was right on the verge of crying for Mrs. Obamessiah, before she stopped me.

In 2006, the Chicago Tribune reported that Mrs. Obama’s compensation at the University of Chicago Hospital, where she is a vice president for community affairs, jumped from $121,910 in 2004, just before her husband was elected to the Senate, to $316,962 in 2005, just after he took office.

Now why would her salary almost triple in a year?

These two are going to get beaten like rented mules; it’s almost scary. That they are in front shows what a dreadful candidate Hillary Clinton really is.

Ten thousand dollars would make a HUGE difference in my basic standard of living–forget all that other shit. Nice to know Mrs. St. Obamessiah can relate to us po’folks.

I love how she actually encouraged people to not go into the corporate world or law today, too. I guess being a nurse or a teacher is something the little voter people should aspire to, unlike her.

Bet she doesn’t sit home “baking cookies,” either. Bitch.

No, she’s serious. This is the downside of having always been protected from any negative scrutiny. Far from seeing the obvious reason for her oil well gusher rise in income, much as Hillary’s income, ahem, “Rose” with Bill’s career, Michelle believes it’s simply her due. She really thinks her audience will be impressed! Well, she’s right there!

Teach - I was thinking Teresa Heinz Kerry too! I mean, this woman is the gift that keeps on giving.

Its ashame people see what they WANT to see in Obamessiah. It doesn’t matter what he or his wife do or say, they just want to worship him.

And there are people actually giving them money. Some poor little family is probably actually giving sacrificially so he can be elected! Imagine!

Of course, most of his money is coming from Soros and the like.

Michelle Obama to Poor Working Women: Don’t Cry For Me…

Michelle Obama relates to the little people. No. Really. She does.
She went and talked to a group of those little people at a meeting in Zanesville, Ohio. The women were working class women struggling with the struggles that working class women strugg…

Boy, with family finances like this I can’t wait to see how they interpret “fiscal responsibility” once in the Whitehouse.

I for one will hardly be shocked when body armor funds suddenly get diverted to fund Art History classes for six year olds.

Seriously. I’m practically giddy with anticipation. I was once worried about teh Obamessiah, but now? HA! I don’t care if the political center has moved leftward–it hasn’t moved THAT far left. Once the adults (forget the naive 20 year-olds in the Obama cult) realize what a sham this guy is, they’ll lose interest. I’ll happily welcome them into the fold. ;)
