More evidence that Ron Paul supporters are painfully ignorant

Genius at work.
We Should Set Up A Fund So People In Other Countries Can Donate to RON PAUL
We could set up an account for collecting donations from out of the country. Then people who havent given the max could divvy it out. We could automate it with paypal or egold or something. Could it be made legal Is it ethical Leave a reply and help us figure something out.
I realize, of course, that it’s hard for kids to know all the details of federal election laws, but really…this one’s pretty freakin’ basic.
Not that FEC laws have ever stopped Paultards before. (What next, Paultards, will your savior abolish the FEC too?)

By the way, Internet, you are not supplying enough Paultard photoshops. Please get with the program–kthxbai.

William Teach says:
Paultards are frigging insane. And, like liberalism, it seems to be catching. Now wonder the left wanted to put most of the medicine manufacturers out of business: less cures for insanity.
Joe Schembrie says:
I support Ron Paul and have a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA, and I want to thank you for spreading the idea that Ron Paul supporters are stupid. It will make our job so much easier if our opponents never see what’s coming.
Also, thank you for associating the anti-Paul position with the mockery of mentally-retarded people. As the vast majority of Americans have enough sensitivity to be disgusted with the mockery of persons with Downs Syndrome, you are helping to accelerate the rapid shrinkage of the neoconservative support base.
To inspire you further in your task, here is a video of your Genius Leader:

Talmadge East says:
I would wager that MOST people don’t know FEC law and second you can’t blame Paul supporters for trying to generate more revenue in a season that has not been particularly frugal for anyone in the GOP field. On another note, Sorry Bill, but maybe you should look at who laid the foundation for the previous Republican majority in 1962. Although I think that Ron Paul takes somethings to far, he IS in line with the people that brought us Goldwater/Reagan (ALL KNEEL).

Ha! ‘Tards making fun of ‘tards.
Perhps your parents should take away your keyboard until you learn to behave civilly.
Sparta says:
Joe: Waaaaaah.
Somehow, I believe most people get the fact that the picture above is an old internet cliche, and that it’s moronic Ron Paul cult kiddies who are the object of derision, not Down’s Syndrome. Besides, people with Down’s are far more pleasant company than batshit crazy Paultards–if anything, you probably ought to consider it a compliment.
Typical moonbat response to everything, isn’t it? Your point is what, that you’re exceptionally skilled in pompous pontificating? That you have mad engineering + business skillz, so you’re an excellent spammer? I hate to break it to you, but a couple of college degrees doesn’t make you an expert on everything, and apparently
BASIC election lawreading (sorry Talmadge, that shit’s elementary) is not one of your areas of expertise either.Talmadge, Goldwater ≠ Reagan. Period. Furthermore, if Goldwater were running today, I wouldn’t be voting for him. Ron Paul is no Barry Goldwater anyway (and he’s DAMN sure no Reagan, not even close)–he’s a pure Bircher, and so are his disciples, down to the accusations of all detractors being “Bolsheviks” or “socialists.” I think you know I’m no socialist, but logical fallacies are all the Paulbots have.
Also, anyone who’s donated even a dollar to an election should know: you ONLY donate in your name, and foreign nationals cannot contribute. Or maybe these idiots who claim the Evil Gubmint is trying to control everything in their lives just blissfully send off money, checking off boxes without reading what those boxes say? You don’t have to even read that very basic FEC page to know this shit. It’s a simple matter of reading a couple of short sentences affirming the above (and you have to click them) before your donation is accepted. The only thing required is literacy–not knowledge of election law, political science, or anything else. Now, do I think this is some sort of huge Hsu-level scandal? No. I just think it’s funny, although I do wonder how much of these sort of shenanigans are going on.
Of course, I could always ask you, Talmadge: Is this a common practice with Democrats? I mean, considering how many dead people vote for Democratic candidates, this may be nothing at all to you. Silly me.
James Anderson says:
Sparta,
No, Paul is not Regan. Thank God. Paul actually wants to reduce the size of federal government, like no president has done in 100 years.
Paul, if elected, will put Regan to shame.

Crackerjaxon says:
Oh please, some over-enthusiastic kids aren’t familiar with the election laws, so you grab the opportunity to engage in a juvenile rant about “paultards.” Face it. Paul has a growing grassroots movement behind him. It is spontaneous and growing. He is drawing people into the party who have energy and idealism. Isn’t that a wonderful change from the stuffy country club crowd behind Rudy and the self-financed Romney? A few of them may not be up to snuff on election laws, but I do believe they have the good sense to know we are losing our civil liberties in this country and wasting resources in an undeclared war. What pleases me most, though, is that their votes count as much as yours. Forgive me for smiling.
Matt Ahern says:
Smell the fear - the damage done to people in this country by living in the cage constructed for them by government is evident here. Fear of freedom is rampant in this country so much so that people would rather remain enslaved than be free.
Cowards run to the safety and comfort of the famiiar; too afraid to dare envision a better future. Too many people shudder at the rustling of a leaf.
I guess I’ll get one of those replies filled with insults, the height of intellect for some. I’ve never been called a moonbat before, maybe I’ll have an opportunity here! Maybe we’ll talk about logical fallacies - which many of these posts are filled with - the use of emotional manipulation and perjorative statements does not a sound logical argument make. There are several good books on the use of logic - perhaps you may want to get one - Isaac Watts’ “Logic” is a good place to start.
You may want to actually add something to your reading list besides “How to be smart-mouth, know-nothing.”
What’s worse is that anti-Paul people so glibbly swallow the drivel fed to them through the boob tube. “Here are the candidates we think you should pay attention to” says the media to which the anti-Paul people lap it up like so much slop.
It must be terrible to be one so easily manipulated.

And Ron Paul wants to abolish the FDA. Presumably that’ll clear the way for RP’s disciples to double up on their meds? ;-)
Paul Melnyk says:
Have fun in 2008. Surely four top tier candidates diving a vote among the 30% that approve of this war will beat the Democrats. Especially when they’re only raising half the amount of money as the Democrats!

Paultards trying to go around election laws…
Thanks to My Vast Right Wing Conspiracy for this one:We Should Set Up A Fund So People In Other Countries Can Donate to RON PAUL We could set up an account for collecting donations from out of the country. Then…
William Teach says:
Joe, no one really said Paul supporters were stupid. I believe the word was “ignorant.” There is a difference.
Beth (Blue Star Chronicles) says:
I’ve been noticing that the MSM is really pushing RP as a legitimate candidate. They are talking about him as if he’s a serious threat to the top Republican candidates. I think they are pushing that to get his name out that and to give him an air of legitimacy.
If they can split the Republican vote than they have a chance at the White House. That’s the ONLY chance they have. They haven’t been able to get a President elected in generations without it being the result of a split Republican vote. Didn’t Clitton get in with something like 38% of the vote because of the little oil squirt - Ross Perot?
Raven says:
oh my. The Ronulans have arrived.
Not getting my vote. No damn way.
raz0r says:
Oh, that’s clever Raven. Ronulans. I likes it.
BSC Beth. I’ve noticed that. Wonder why they don’t do the same with Dennis the Menace? Hmmmm. I’ve also noticed the praise of Barry has faded as well. Guess he’s not magic anymore.

Okay. They aren’t sane.

raz0r:
Yeah, I saw that video a few days ago. Don’t expect these stooges to explain it; they’re no doubt afraid their activities are being monitored by Big Brother. Anyway, a couple of the slightly-less batshit insane Ronulans in the comments questioned the message of anarchy, treason, and terrorism that the video evoked, saying it was not beneficial to their Dear Leader. (I would say it’s entirely appropriate for the Ronulans.) I noticed the next day–after the 30th time that video was spammed at Digg–that their comments were deleted. LOL! They’re just like lefty moonbats–freedom for me, but not for thee! (Because we “don’t deserve it,” I guess.)
