:sigh: It’s not easy being a little girl these days. My parental nightmare:

Thankfully, Dove gets it. I just wish the rest of the beauty/fashion/marketing industries did–and for that matter, Dove’s parent company, as well.

    Of course, not everyone sees this ad as a good message, if the comments on other Youtube posts of this video are to be believed. These morons don’t see a positive message here, they just see Dove - a big corporation and a big name in the beauty industry - smugly admitting to what they do every day, and saying “you’d better get to your daughter before WE do, mwahahahaha”… And for some reason, most of these videos are linked - by the Youtubers who post them - to something called IllegalAdvertising dot com. I daren’t actually click on that and see what’s there.
