You know what? In a way, all this “phony troops” nonsense is kinda funny. For one thing, the lying leftards are wasting time talking about a freaking talk radio show host whose job depends on ratings, not their opinions. If anything, he might pick up new listeners (like me–I was going to actually tune in today for the first time in several years, but I forgot). St. Elizabeth of Edwards actually ranted about Rush’s draft deferment! LOL! (Uh, Liz, he isn’t running for President, you dolt.)
Best of all, at least the lying left has taken a few days off from bashing the troops and “General Betrayus.” Yay!
I like Rush, and I know this smear is laughable garbage, but I’d much rather they beat up on Rush Limbaugh than the military! Same thing with that appalling shi’ite with which they tried to smear Bill O’Reilly. Let ‘em have at it–the facts are on Limbaugh’s and O’Reilly’s sides. Media Matters and their ignorant sycophants just look like liars and/or fools. Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly won’t lose any viewers or listeners from this crap, and neither are running for political office. It’s not like they had an ounce of credibility with the hateful Left anyway, and it’s not like they didn’t already think Rush was anti-military (because he supports the war) and O’Reilly was racist (because he’s a conservative on Fox News). They make those idiotic accusations against all conservatives.
To use the words of their nutroots hero: Screw ‘em.

Makes one wonder why Democrats are so quick to defend this bunch.
