JFK Terror Plot: Federal criminal complaint, Google Earth, and Adnan El-Shukrijumah

I don’t think this, from the JFK plot federal criminal complaint, will surprise anyone:
JUNE 4–One of the plotters behind the alleged scheme to explode gas pipelines at John F. Kennedy airport directed his co-conspirators to use Google Earth to obtain detailed aerial photos of the targeted facility. In a federal criminal complaint, an excerpt from which you’ll find below, one of the accused, Abdul Kadir, reportedly told cohorts to use the popular satellite software after he determined that surveillance video shot by the men was “not sufficiently detailed for operational purposes.“
Well, duh. That’s exactly why some high-security areas are dithered out. And how about that new Google Maps Street View, too?
Noteworthy, and exactly what I expected:
Al Qaeda’s so-called nuclear whiz kid - a “tantalizing terror figure” with a $5 million bounty on his head - was the radical big shot investigators had hoped to snag in their 18-month JFK-plot probe, The Post has learned.
The name of “invisible hand” Adnan Gulshair el-Shukrijumah, reportedly the man Osama bin Laden tapped to lead a previous scheme to detonate nuclear bombs simultaneously in several U.S. cities, came up at several points in taped conversations during the probe, according to law-enforcement sources familiar with the investigation.
“Invisible,” indeed.
The spokesperson said the best available information is that Shukrijumah is with top al Qaeda leaders along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

Laughable: Jack Murtha sez this whole thing is Bush’s fault, because of–you guessed it!–Iraq. Nevermind this bit o’crazy:
In one conversation taped by the FBI, Defreitas allegedly discusses an incident he says motivated him to strike JFK. He claimed he saw military parts being shipped to Israel, including missiles, that he felt would be used to kill Muslims.
It’s teh Joooz!He allegedly says he “wanted to do something to get those bastards.”
How about this explanation for it: that they’re a bunch of bloodthirsty animals bent on destruction of the infidels, because we aren’t sufficiently submissive to Islam? How about not looking to “blame the victims,” for a change?
