Rudy Giuliani at CPAC

Tags: ,

Chad Evans from In The Bullpen recorded this video of Rudy Giuliani at CPAC yesterday. Among other things about Giuliani at CPAC, he says:

Below is the part of Giuliani’s speech about terrorism, leaving out long applause and his comparison to how he brought down the Gambino crime family through getting to them and interrogating the family’s members. It was a long comparison, primarily because he was far from the top of his game tonight, and it just ended up restating other items he brought up in his speech.

Here ya go!

I sure wish I could be at CPAC this year. Dammit. I guess it’s “maybe next year,” again.

And WTF was John McCain thinking, blowing off CPAC this year?? If anyone needed to show his face there right now, you’d think it’d be him. Whatever. Watch Rudy and Romney’s stock go way up (as theirs should), and McCain continue his current downward spiral (note I said “current”–it is still early).

Unless I’m very much mistaken, the race seems to be Romney and Rudy, both of whom gave excellent performances, in different ways. My initial coolness toward Romney is dissipating - he’s making all the right noises.

I could vote for either of these guys in a General.

Still early. Gonna have to watch the players real close now. Does indeed seem that Romney and Giuliani are pullin’ ahead of the rest, at least in name recognition.
