Anna Nicole Smith: Cause of death still unknown after autopsy

Just a quick post with this, from the teevee: The Seminole Police Chief says there is no evidence of a crime, no illegal drugs found, but there were prescription drugs. They’re not releasing the type of drugs.
The coroner: Anna Nicole had been sick with the stomach flu recently, nurse found her collapsed and unconscious. Autopsy excluded any physical injuries, small amount of blood in stomach, which is consistent with death. They have to do more extensive, thorough testing of the brain, spinal cord, etc., and it should take three to five weeks to get all the testing completed. Toxicology report is not finished. They aren’t ruling out medication or chemicals, but also aren’t ruling out natural causes.
Well, that’s it. Lots of media circus follies for the next few weeks.

God help me, Greta Van Susteren AND Geraldo Rivera on Fox News compounding the tragedy. Good grief. Geraldo’s been yammering about how he’s had questions about Howard K. Stern having something to do with ANS’ son’s death since he first heard that news. Geraldo and Greta are going on and on about it. They’re desperate to make this a huge crime story, I think–it’ll certainly give Greta another flashy crime story to drone on about for a while, if so. Bleh. Shepard Smith said, “It seems she was chewed up and spit out by this celebrity culture.” Yup.
OMFG, here they are talking about the money with her sister, and Geraldo actually said some shi’ite about “if Howard made up a fake will.” Wow. This is just sad–I’m glad the child is only five months old and can’t understand all these people being so concerned about the damn money and lawsuits and everything.
Shi’ite! I wish I had TIVO so I could get a screen capture of the teevee: “BREAKING NEWS - Anna Nicole’s sister: She was a real person, a real human being.” (Donna Hogan is her sister.) Breaking news is that she was a human being!

I never understood why those huge nasty things were allowed to hang from her torso like that. They have cures for abnormal growths these days and it made it impossible to see any natural human flesh on her frame. I also do not understand why she is anything other than local news. If she was murdered it is a job for the town sheriff and if it was natural causes they should call in the undertaker. As for news there is probably a convenience store that was held up which deserves more attention.

I don’t mean to be flippant, I know she has family and friends and such but the only reason she was ever in the news was her freakishly large boobs and the fact that she married an old rich guy and the son thought she was a gold-digger and contested the will. The politics of Central Asia and the economics of Sub Saharan Africa will have such a large effect on Western life in the next couple of decades and all the news can report on is the fact that a rich widow with massive mams died young.

I feel she is as lost in death as she was here on earth. I get a very bad vibe from her that she hates Howard K. Stern now as much as she did on earth or even more-so. She can’t find daniel and is very frustrated and wants to see her daughter and UGH it is a bad bad vibe. I feel bad for her ,her lost son, and her baby girl left to defend her poor self in this disgusting battle for her own rights. Too bad Anna was too dependent on her drugs and a stupid jerk like howard to defend herself through all of this!!!! I truly hope she finds her son and that the rest of the family find some kind of peace in all of this and I hope they give the REAL DAD his claim to his baby girl.

According to the State Laws of Texas, Anna’s mother should at the very least be under investigation by CPS and Law Enforcement for her claimed criminal acts against Anna as a child. See definitions listed below for Child Abuse. Because her mother was a police officer, her awareness of the law makes this even worse, in my opinion. Further, those around Anna had to know something was going on, they to can be prosecuted for the failure to protect Anna from her mother.
We are all talking about HKS. Let’s talk about the criminal acts of her mother. These acts caused great emotional harm that had a deadly cause and effect to Anna. In a sense, her mother killed her, it just took 39 years to accomplish her goal.

SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 261.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) “Abuse” includes the following acts or omissions

(A) mental or emotional injury to a child that
results in an observable and material impairment in the child’s
growth, development, or psychological functioning;
(B) causing or permitting the child to be in a
situation in which the child sustains a mental or emotional injury
that results in an observable and material impairment in the
child’s growth, development, or psychological functioning;
(C) physical injury that results in substantial
harm to the child, or the genuine threat of substantial harm from
physical injury to the child, including an injury that is at
variance with the history or explanation given and excluding an
accident or reasonable discipline by a parent, guardian, or
managing or possessory conservator that does not expose the child
to a substantial risk of harm;
(D) failure to make a reasonable effort to
prevent an action by another person that results in physical injury
that results in substantial harm to the child;
