As always, Rusty Shackelford has the details and video of four Americans and one Austrian, all employees of Crescent Security Group, who have been taken hostage in Iraq. Some little shi’itebag Shi’itety Shiite group, the “Mujahideen of Jerusalem Company,” whoever the hell they are, are this incident’s perps. My guess is they’re just one of many Shia “militia” groups determined to destroy their own country.

The men identify themselves as John Young, 44, of Kansas City, Mo.; Jonathan Cote, 23, of Gainesville, Fla.; and Bert Nussbaumer, 25, of Vienna, Austria, “Paul”, who is Paul Reuben from Minnesota, and Josh Munz [also age 23 --ed.], from California, USA.

They were ambushed on Nov. 16 in the town of Safwan. Experts analyzing the tape say it was taken about a month ago.

The men, including former St. Louis Park, Minn., police officer Paul Reuben, went missing Nov. 16 when a large convoy of trucks being escorted by their Crescent Security Group was hijacked on a highway near Safwan, a city on the border with Kuwait.
Suspected militiamen dressed in Iraqi police uniforms ambushed the convoy, taking 14 hostages, including the five security guards, and nine truck drivers who were later released.
In the video at Rusty’s, the men say the date is December 21-22. I don’t have much more to say, except that obviously I hope these men are released immediately. May these terrorist (and probably Sadrist) pigs be painfully executed on the spot.
