Call them what you like. I’m not watching the Sunday shows (I might do Fox later), because Baker and Hamilton are on them all (except ABC).
Caroline Glick writes today in the Jerusalem Post; her usual trenchant output.
Although Baker - and incoming Secretary of Defense Robert Gates who served on his commission until Bush announced his appointment last month - believes that there is a deal to be done that will end Iranian and Syrian aggression against the US, its vital interests and its allies, the fact of the matter is that there is no such deal.
It’s the dream of farking fools to think we have anything they want, other than our surrender to their wants, and our submission to Islam. They don’t want a peaceful, strong, democratic neighbor - why the fark would they? They have populations to subdue, they don’t need a prosperous, secular democracy on their doorstep, demonstrating how much BETTER democracy is than tyranny and/or theocracy.
To pretend otherwise is not ‘realism’, it’s farking hallucination.

Hardcore Conservative says:
I don’t trust Gates and I think Bush is a fool for appointing him
