No-go Citgo

Well, everyone’s talking about Citgo today. I personally haven’t bought Citgo in a year and a half. To be fair, I forgot at some point that Citgo was Chavez’ baby–I was thinking Middle East oil. Which is kinda funny, because there aren’t really ANY “safe” oil companies’ gas stations here where I live, but at least I’m not feeding the Venezuelan beast.
And hell yes, you’d better believe I’ve cut my gas consumption in the last few years–drastically. It helps that I don’t live in the D.C. area any more, but I’ve made a lot of changes so I don’t send as much money to international terrorists like Hugo Chavez and the filthy oil sheiks.

My wife and I only use a half tank of petro every two weeks. When we do fill up we buy strickly Argentine fuel. I can look out my bedroom window and see the refinery from where our fuel comes from.
The response from folks here is normal… What a wacktard! only with a few more colorful words.

None of these companies are advertising that they don’t get oil from the Mid-East, either. What’s up with that? Flying J is the most helpful, considering all the gas-inefficient trucks they get, but if you have such a massive selling point (who doesn’t want to “reduce our dependence on foreign oil”?), capitalize on it. Sheesh.

FWIW, 7-Eleven is letting it’s contracts with Citgo expire next month… over 6000 points of retail distribution.
Other retailers are pulling away from them too.
There are only 3 refineries in the world that can process heavy Venezuelan crude. 2 are in Texas, 1 in Illinois.

I’m happy to see there are some conservatives who “get it.” Citgo is the biggest frauds of our lifetime. A Marxist dictator gets billions of dollars from Americans and spends it on America’s demise. What a concept. Read more at sadbastards.wordpress.com.
