Well, my “culture” requires me to be fashionably dressed. I think I should have a special hospital gown, too. Maybe something like this.

My culture allows me to wear only Giorgio Armani, Gucci and Prada dahling. Next time I am admitted to hospital, I shall insist upon gowns from only those three couturists, lest a discrimination suit will wing its way to them post-haste..
Oh, and my culture also requires that I only eat filet mignon, lobster tails and drink Opus One, so the farking cafeteria better have its act together.

Yes, I think I must have the finest Italian couture as well. Although I’ll be quite happy with Ralph Lauren (not that mall stuff, though) if I must.
I also require Godiva chocolates.
Why should we suffer the humiliation of standard hospital-issued attire? It is of UTMOST importance to maintain dignity when undergoing medical procedures!

Oh well that’s just not freaking fair! I’m subjected to the screaming horror of prancing around (as well as one can prance while hooked to an IV pole) monkey butt naked in a standard hospital gown while they get to cover up all but their eyeballs?

There is an upside to this. Hospital gowns are skimpy because it provides quick and easy access by the medical staff to where ever they need quick and easy access.
So, in the modest abundance of fabric the where evers that need medical attention will not be gotten to quite so quickly and easily.
Hmmmm….. complicated way of saying - that’s just stupid.
