Just when you thought the Bush-deranged couldn’t get worse

…You find hateful (and probably suicidal, if not homicidal) barking lunatics like the one who wrote this. I’m not linking to the vile scum; you can get to the idiot’s crappy blog through Lorie Byrd’s post.

Several comments to make on this:

First of all to all the lefty bloggers out there falling all over yourselves to say “Of course, I wouldn’t want the president killed”, shut the hell up. You know you would do a little dance if someone whacked that idiot. You just want to appear “above” such a thing.

Secondly, the only real problem I have is that he’s gunned down. Too quick. A flash of pain and then the big dirt nap. For Bush I would prefer bone cancer, flesh-eating bacteria, or perhaps one of those deadly four hour erections we keep hearing about.

Alright, seriously. I would prefer Bush spend the rest of his life in a cell, tried and convicted of war crimes, but somehow I just don’t think it’s going to happen. So I can only hope for him to suffer in some other way.

Sad that I’ve been reduced to wishing great physical agony and death to my fellow humans but I truly believe that he deserves to suffer. Many right bloggers refer to my kind of hatred as Bush Derangement Syndrome, but I prefer to call it a yearning for karmic justice. This president has overseen the most criminal, arrogantly stupid, and homicidal administration in American history. He, and his partners in crime, deserve whatever horrors that karma may have in store for them.

As for Bush’s cheerleaders on the Internet, such as the creepy Anchoress (who, by the way, is another right wing blogger that doesn’t allow comments because she’s such a coward) I can only hope that someone they care for deeply dies in one of Bush’s wars of choice.

That seems fair.

Been saving up lots of dark thoughts. Can you tell?

Well, OK. How many of you think this guy is alone on the left with these “dark thoughts?” I’m guessing he’s just one of the few bloggers we’ve seen, out of many out there. And I suspect we’ll be seeing a lot more of this, since this came up.

the show's starting, get the popcorn!

Be sure to see Lorie’s post and hit the links. And in case you missed it, Michelle Malkin had more about “Assassination Chic” yesterday.

I guess this a$$ has forgotten Clinton’s “wars of choice”. Like when he left rangers to die unequipped in Somalia or when he invented the Kosovar genocide - btw, aren’t we still in Kosovo? What happened to the 1 year Bosnia plan?

Sick. Sick. Sick. May that whole Karmic thing apply to the sick SOB who penned this crap.

The good news is this sonofabitch can’t carry a debate in a bucket.

This is about as good as the blogger whose av had Bush saying, “You make me smile, Tinkerbell, I’ll kill you last” and decided that Bush was commiting genocide in New Orleans and had Rehnquist commit suicide to distract from said genocide. And she never called Zarqawi’s boys “Iraqi freedom fighters”.

Bush should realize that he’ll never sway these assholes by pandering. More particularly, the next time Israel goes to war, he should stand back and let them win. He’s a lame duck anyway, and should do what he thinks is right.

Boy - talk about when you have nothing to say. I think all that time in the wilderness has sent this guy space happy. I’m sure he just wanted to be picked up by the NSA with those key words.

So you have a real problem, I take it, with Ann Coulter regularly advocating the assassination of American members of Congress and judges? You should speak out about it!

Some sick bastards out there (mostly on the left). Sometimes I wonder if Johnstone’s “Ashes” series isn’t working itself into becoming a prophecy.

John, like I said in the comments at Wizbang:

For those above who keep throwing around Ann Coulter’s name: I’ve seen far, FAR more people on the right distancing themselves from her since she started going over the line (i.e. with the Lincoln Chaffee crap) than I’ve seen defending her remarks. But you need to remember: she’s just one person, but the left is FULL of bomb-throwing extremists, from blog commenters to nationally syndicated columnists and radio and TV commentators. It’s pathetic.

Take a look around the blogosphere. You WILL see plenty of people bitching about Coulter from the right. I haven’t read her column in a LONG time, and I don’t plan to, either. She jumped the shark a long time ago. Therefore, I don’t feel a need to comment on every one of her outrageous remarks any more than I feel the need to comment upon the things she gets right.

And John, since you feel the need to comment upon this, why aren’t YOU speaking out against what this Thorn Tree jackass said? You stuck your neck out by commenting here, so what have you got to say about his remarks about the President?

    Hypocrite?

If JFK had not been killed, would he have been as successful with his agenda as Johnson was?
If that fellow got his wish, would the President’s programs die or would they draw united support?

QUESTION TO BRIAN WILLIAMS, CHARLIE GIBSON, KATHIE COURIC, RUSH LIMBAUGH
WALLSTREET JOURNAL, NEW YORK TIMES, WASHINGTON POST, USATODAY

ARE WE JUST MISINFORMED, OR SUICIDAL?

I do not believe the so-called “media folks” at the White House are sufficiently painting the picture of who the real targets are of these terrorists who have vowed to destroy our way of life: (To a large degree they are many of the same persons criticizing the president’s policy of preemption.) However, because of the acquired materialism and enhanced lifestyles enjoyed by many within this stratum, they are also dual targets of terrorist thugs and our homegrown criminal underclass.
This administration has not shown how this society’s elite (many of its’ critics) would fall victim to the criminal element resulting from the opportunism arising from some cataclysmic terrorist event, where law and order is hard to maintain.
New Orleans, during Katrina, is the most recent example of how the break down of Order gives opportunity to thuggery, even by those charged with upholding the law. Many of us rightly assume that in the event of some unspeakable terrorist act those charged with protection and security will do their duty and not, instead, be at home protecting their own property and families. If not, who then will be there at that hour to protect those most vulnerable to abuse in the criminal minds’ window of opportunity?
After the unfathomable occurred with the collapse of the WTC on 9/11, one needs to think outside of the box of localized destruction and the norm of society’s “good order” of what has always gone before when “something” horrendous has happened to our country. We are now a nation of three hundred million very, very dissimilar people, without even the common bond of language, but materialism instead. The real solution toward avoiding the test to “good order” is for the leadership to take all necessary, prudent, lawful measures to avoid the ignominy of those who have announced their intentions to do us harm by destroying them and their allies, and those who have facilitated those actions against our way of life.
The real irony, however, is the media’s success so far at reducing the morale and motivation of those brave people willing to take up arms against this enemy, over there, to defend the enhanced lifestyles disproportionately enjoyed by the president’s critics (media, cultural and academic elites) over here.
It is really difficult to understand how intelligent successful, persons of any stripe in this country having obtained their share of America’s largess would discourage the elimination of terrorists from Afghanistan or Iraqi, or any country who have killed Americans or threaten to do so.
The people who readily seek safety through security apparatus, guards and /or distance, are the same ones the terrorists (regardless of their sect) boastfully vowed to kill before 9/11. They want to kill them, their families, and to destroy their way of life with a tenacity that exceeds the usual fervor of criminals in their communities. Yet it seems these critics of preemption think themselves safe if these fanatics are left alone…not aroused.
It appears that hatred of George W. Bush and attempts to thwart his goals of armed preemption to avert continuing terrorist successes on our soil has resulted in gross misinformation, or suicidal impulse by many of his critics. It is surely not a quest for self-preservation. Which parts of the American society’s “demographics” do critics think these terrorist have in mind when they speak of destroying the American way of living?

Wack jobs like this seem to be a dime a dozen over at Kos and DU sites. Yet the right wing sites are labled “intolerant.” *sigh* BDS on the part of those on the opposite side of the aisle has prevented truely meaningful discourse for nearly 6 years now and it doesn’t appear it will end any time soon.

As for me, I’m just glad I’m not the custodian at the Toronto Film Festival. That theater floor will be so sticky after the film’s over… yuck.
