I’ve created a monster.
OK, I held off on posting this, because I actually wasn’t going to at all because I didn’t want to create a monster. That said, it’s too late; this is no secret any more.
My daughter has a blog! Yes, she is six years old, and yes, she is the one writing. I have taken care of the sidebar stuff and made some cosmetic changes to the template, but that’s it. OK, I did fix a couple spelling errors, because as you know, I can’t abide spelling errors–even from a six year-old. hehehe (poor kid)
So before she gets her Instalanche, I might as well post it here–she’s at
Yes, she’s using a fake name, but long-time readers of this blog know her name. I’ve made commenting a total pain in the ass because…well, she’s 6. Any adult should understand. I’m relaxing the comment registration process a LITTLE, though. You can now register yourself to comment, but everything is still going into moderation. There will be NO comment bullshi’ite tolerated at that site, needless to say.
Anyway, she’s already gotten her first Riehl-lanche and some other “-lanches“, so I’d better get with the program, huh? Sadie’s even made her a “Divaette” button, so I guess I’d better get crackin’ with a Junior Debutante one, too. ;-)
Hmmm…do I see a trend starting?
Update: I’m a dumbass. I already DID post a link to her blog a few days ago. Duh. Oh well, it’s not like she’s gonna complain…she’s already chasing her damn stats. God help me.
Update 2: It just occurred to me how pathetic it is that she’s had a blog for like a week and already has had more site visits than this shi’itety blog had for the first couple months. I’m deleting her statcounter, dammit! It’s depressing!
(OK, just kidding…about deleting the statcounter, that is.)

Cute blog. I tried to register but the link for the registration doesn’t seem to be working.
Hmmm, does this mean I need to get a blog going for my little princess too? And may she join your Jr. Debutante Cotillion? Seriously, even if I start a blog for my girl I doubt if she would keep it updated. But maybe she would if she could ever get her darned ole momma off the computer!
Amy Allen says:
Congratulations to her!
TJ says:
So, is it to early for Riley to get one?
She is all of 13m now! (and walking)

SADIE LOU!!! says:
Thank goodness my girl’s just four years of age. I think that leaves me a few years’ before I have to ward her off blogdom.
Beth says:
Yeah, Sadie, but when she IS older, watch out!
Don says:
That’s so cool! She’ll prolly make a ton of money of her blogads.
Janette says:
Hmm, I wonder if there’s a place for a junior cotillion?
Jody says:
I think Ev needs a blog. ;)
blaze says:
if not for sppeling, why woud we need a sppel-cheker?
no, spell-checker means microsoft looses half its revenue. It has major economic implications, no-spelling mistake that is.
