This is just outright farking disgusting. PETA, purveyor of bullshi’ite horseshi’ite crock’o’shi’ite politics and nasty vegan food, is now trying to compare the “plight” of animals to slavery, as well as “Native American genocide”, oppression of women, and child welfare. What next, the “animal holocaust”????
So what are they saying, black slaves are (were) animals? Well, of course they are–they’re saying animals are slaves, being bought and sold for labor. So what’s the difference?

I had some Peta nut post a comment once that dog ownership was slave ownership, ie: my dogs were my slaves. After running around after “THEM” and feeding “THEM” and cleaning up after “THEM” who’s the fracking slave? Sure ain’t them. I don’t see themselves getting their own food, brushing themselves, etc. Heck, I wish sometimes they could open the back door on their own so I wouldn’t have to get up at 3 am to let them pee! Great story.

To add to Mad Dog Vinnie’s comment, it was Feb. 2003 when PETA tried to pull its Holocaust on your Plate indecency. As Dennis Prager observed about this issue:
“How does a person, let alone hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of people, come to equate killing chickens with murdering human beings? How does such a group raise millions of dollars each year from normal people? How can educated people believe that chickens “suffer” (as opposed to feel some primitive form of physical pain) in any way even remotely comparable to the self-aware, self-conscious, emotional human being? How does contemporary society produce these frightening idiots in such enormous numbers?

Blame Leonardo DaVinci. It was he who first equated animals and men, saying that one day we would look upon the killing of animals as we do now the killing of men. Or maybe we can go back even further to Pythagorus, the first vegan. The truth is, even holocaust survivors have said the same thing PETA has been saying.
