The Terri Schiavo Autopsy
Both sides of the Terri Schiavo controversy are all a’twitter about the release of Terri Schiavo’s autopsy report.
Read those last two words again. Autopsy report.
Whether you think the report answers all the questions surrounding the case, or whether you think that it only brings up more questions, what does it matter?
Terri Schiavo is dead.
These questions could have been answered when she was alive. She’s not, and they weren’t.
Terri’s family was more than willing to take her, and provide for her, no matter what her condition. Nothing in the report changes that. Michael Schiavo and George Felos wanted her to die, nothing in this report changes that, either.
To the those on either side who are standing atop Terri’s corpse, claiming vindication, you should be ashamed of yourselves, you are profiting from the death of an innocent.

Trip: Don’t know, sir.
Colonel Robert G. Shaw: It stinks, I suppose.
Trip: Yeah, It stinks bad. And we all covered up in it too. Ain’t nobody clean. Be nice to get clean, though.
