Michael Jackson: NOT GUILTY

NOT GUILTY

UNFARKINBELIEVABLE.

Excuse me while I go puke. It looks like Preston was right, after all.

Hey, Michael’s having a big celebration party for pre-teen boys at Neverland tonight–everyone’s coming!

Now they’re talking about looking for places where he is still “marketable” outside the US. What the fark, are we (Americans) the only ones who think a middle-aged man sleeping with young boys is WRONG? I find that shocking. Well, OK, I’ll bet Canadians don’t want anything to do with him either.

They (TV newscasters) need to quit yammering about this being a “wake-up call” for MJ. Gimme a farking break–this verdict is only going to embolden a sick bastard like him.

I’ll tell you who else needs a wake-up call–pieces of TRASH like that kid’s farked up MOTHER, and any other sick “parent” who would whore out their kid to a FREAK like Michael Jackson for a little “star treatment” and money. That bitch ought to be locked up for horrific parenting, right alongside MJ. Too bad it’s not going to happen. And now, other kids’ parents will continue to allow “sleepovers” (God, my stomach literally turns) now that they have had their shi’itety parenting decisions vindicated. It’s a damn shame that the lesson seems to be that if you’re a scumbag, your kids deserve everything that happens to them, because if you’re a scumbag, you ARE the “reasonable doubt.”

This whole sordid tale disgusts me beyond belief, from start to finish. I have no doubt there was a lot of testimony paid for by the Jackson people–starting with that “mother” of MJ’s poor children, and probably McCauley Culkin and the others as well.

HA. Drudge’s headline: ARREST THIS MAN - with a picture of Tom Sneddon. Yeah, arrest him. Incompetent fool.

4:55 pm (CST) Sneddon: “I’m very proud,” blah blah blah. You farkin’ moron.

5:30 pm (CST)–Are you all watching this press conference with the jurors? It’s becoming apparent to me that these jurors forgot who was on trial, or something–at least right now, they sure have a lot to say about the kid’s trashy mother. Obviously, the bitch killed the case, to the point where it sounds like they think anything could have happened, but since she enabled it, they couldn’t find him guilty. That’s just sad. I feel worse than ever for the boy; how farked up must it be to have a mother like that?! I at least hope he doesn’t turn out to be some kind of sicko like MJ or his mother.

I finally muted the TV when the jury sat down for a press conference. There has to be dentist open somewhere that I can get a root canel without a local — anything has to be less painful than this. I heard over on FoxNews.com that Jacko Freako is planning on moving to Europe. Hope the plane is gassed up up — he needs to be gone.

Wait. Michael Jackson is a middle aged man by chronolgy only. I believe, in his own mind, that he is Peter Pan, the boy who refused to grow up. I really think that the mother was more of a predator than he, but in a different way. I think she saw him for the freak that he was and would be easy pickings. At any rate, the jury has spoken. I hope he takes the opportunity to grow up.

Sneddon’s freak show draws to a close

Much was made of the kid’s behavior in the taped police interview with the hesitation to answer questions and all. As though he was reluctant to describe some molestation of himself. My own take: The kid was reluctant to follow his mother’s orders…

Truthfully, Howard, I’m amazed that you feel that way.
I agree 100% that the mother is lower than pond scum–but I think any parent that sends their child(ren) to any adult’s house for unaccompaied overnight “sleepovers” with non-relatives is a farking piece of shi’ite. Maybe you forgot, MJ said himself that he “shares his bed” because it’s the “greatest expression of love”. WTF!!!

But that’s FAR beyond celebrity eccentricity. The hyperbaric chamber and the pet monkey is eccentric. Sleeping with children is not “eccentric,” it’s abuse–by the kids’ parents AND MJ.

Based on the jurors speaking afterwards, it seems that they find sleeping with kids wrong as well (as I should hope they would), but the kid’s mother ruined the case almost single-handedly, except for the fact that Sneddon is clearly an idiot.

He got off that all there is to it. If (when) he does it again, it will be even harder to get him. He can pretty much do it with impunity. Do not think he will stop because he won’t. Moreover, don’t think he will not be able to get stupid parents to leave their kids with him because he will.

I will not let any kids and chimps that I know anywhere near the freak. I won’t even let them listen to his music.

I too think that he is very capable of of actions like this. How ever.. There is one point. He chose to fight this instead of paying them off.

That stands out in my mind. There were pay offs? Possibly.. but not when it comes to the jury.

This jury did well. I listened to their comments.

Of everyone that has an opinion.. how many of you have served on jury duty?

I have.. and even though it wasnt a case like this one.. I think the jury did well.

Now.. do I think he is guilty? Yes.. I think that he is very capable of acts like this. I think he needs help. However.. this one time.. he fought when he knew he was right.

Jackson may be weird and a perhaps more than a little messed up in the head, but does that mean he’s guilty? I don’t know because I wasn’t there, and I didn’t watch all of the trial coverage, because frankly, there’s more important news out there.

I do however trust the jurors. They sat there and listened to the whole case, and if they say there was reasonable doubt, I believe them. Lots of innuendo and suspicion of guilt isn’t enough to convict someone.

Not saying I definitely believe he’s innocent, and I’m definitely not saying I think there’s anything normal about his actions, however, we have a kid who changed his story, and a mother so full of crap and history of trying to extort money from people, how could we not have reasonable doubt?

    JT says:

The verdict was in stark contrast to what the judge seems to have worked towards all through the case: a solid conviction.
Allowing clearly inappropriate testimony and evidence of unrelated accusations against Mr. Jackson clearly showed bias on the part of the judge, probably an attempt to wipe out the smudge from the false verdict when OJ Simpson was not convicted of murder in the same court.
They’d been looking for a black celeb to convict of something and Mr. Jackson looked an easy target.

He’s weird, but that’s no crime.
He likes kids, but that’s no crime either as he likes them the way a bigger brother likes his siblings, not the way a paedophile likes his victims.

A conviction in this case would have been just as much a farce and clearly for political reasons as the acquittal in the OJ Simpson case was.

Beth, I agree 100% with every word you’ve said here. It is obvious that there are two justice systems and two radically different levels of justice in this country: one for people with money and one for people without money.

If any common man, or woman, were to face a jury with even HALF of this amount of evidence, they would go DOWN HARD! I’d also like to know if anybody reading this thinks they’d have a snowball’s chance in HELL of evading prison if a prosecutor was after you. If you answered “yes”, it’s because you have the money to do so.

This is just an example of how much more work our justice system needs before it is truly fair to ALL Americans, regardless of race, or the amount of money you have to throw at it.

The thing of it is, if MJ really is a pedophile, then he will do this again–he cant help himself, it’s how he gets his sexual kicks, all of which means that we will be going through this again sooner or later. Dealing with MJ is not at all like the OJ thing, which I’ve heard some people compare it to. OJ is never going to kill his wife again; the one shot the prosecutors had at him is the one shot they’ll ever get. MJ is more like the John Gotti trials; everyone knew there’d be another shot at the Don; he wasnt going to go get a job running an Italian deli or something like that. With MJ there’s going to be another chance; sooner or later MJ will put the moves on a kid and the parents will call 911 right away instead of treating the crime as if they’d bought a winning lottery ticket, which is what I think happened here.

Before you delete me, know this: I have kids, too. And I think he was probably guilty. C’mon, isn’t it obvious that he’s a freak?

But I wasn’t on that jury, and I didn’t have the responsibility of determining whether he was guiltly BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT.

That’s how our system works. We don’t send people to prison on the basis of what the tabloids say.

Delete you? I didn’t delete anything you or anyone else wrote in comments on this post. PERIOD.

Actually, I agree with what you’re saying. They had reasonable doubt, so they had to acquit. I know the fucker’s a pedophile in my gut, but if the idiot Sneddon can’t prove it beyond reasonable doubt, he loses the case. It sucks, but that’s the way it is.

I think you ought to re-read my post. I didn’t say anything about the jury being wrong; I said the kid’s “mother” (I use the term VERY loosely) is a piece of shi’ite and the jury felt reasonable doubt mainly because of her.

So am I STILL a “shallow bitch?” Real farkin’ nice.

    Kent says:

I think the most of you need to get your heads out of your behinds. You all call Michael Jackson a freak and a sick person and this and that. None of you have any idea what you are saying, and none have any basis for saying anything. He got off?

He didn`t get off. The prosecution failed to prove their case because they didn`t have any case. The facts speak for themselves. The allegations were a lie. Denying it only confimrs your ignorance people. And this buisness about sleepovers. I see the lot here has fallen into the prosecutions smear campaign trap. You are all a bunch of ignorant morons. Michael never invited kids to sleep in his bed. He never said such a thing and it did not happen. This should be a very good lesson for all of you to do some research before you lash out your opinions. Trust me. You will look less like a fool if you try to understand what`s going on. Michael Jacksons bedroom is not a bedroom. It is a two story duplex with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and an arcadehall. When Michael has visitors they stay in this duplex. The kids offcourse wants to do nothing but hang out with Michael Jackson. He likes to hang out with kids, as do many adults.

The sleepovers wich has been totally misunderstood thanks to the prosecution false claims and layout of the entire situation, are simpy a matter of common sence following logical events. The kids stay with Michael all day. He has stuff to do in the room wich he sleeps in. Such as watching movies and playing videogames. What happens, and this many of the kids who have been to Neverland explains, is that they stay up late and they crash at his bedroom. They ask to use the bed, he lets them use the bed and he sleeps on the floor. How do I know this. Because I don`t stop to listen just to the prosecutions manipulative explanation. If you knew anything about the trial, you would know that when the prosecution played the segment of the Bashir documentary in the courtroom, where the boy and Michael is beeing interviewed, you know that they edited the piece to make it seem Michael asked the boy to sleep in the bed with him. The same tactic they have used to make other statments made by Jackson to make it look like he is saying he invites kids to sleep in his bed with him. This is the main reason why you idiots and many others think Michael Jackson molests boys. If you had watched the documantary, you would have seen that Michael did NOT invite anyone into his bed, but the kid aksed for the bed. It is one out of 100 examples on how situations are spinned to make it appear other then it is. This is not a new phenomenon. People do this to frame people all the time, and to keep information from the public. What is not new is that dumbasses like the people here has not been taught to think, and therefore listen to whatever shi’ite they are beeing told. Michael Jackson is not a peadophile, he is not a freak, and he is not mentally ill. All of the people who claim he is, has been proven to be liars on more then one occation. Problem is that boneheads like you guys only watch TV, and the media isn`t giving this information away. Michael has been portrayed as a freak and a peadophile by the media for years. It is the only explanation as to why people think Michael is guilty. Just look at the facts people. They speak for themselves and cannot be debated. He is not guilty, has never been guilty and will never be guilty. You may think the fans just support their idol no matter what. Wrong! They did what you didn`t do, they researched the subject. It is not that hard to do. If you wanna educate yourself on the trial, just visit this site. http://www.mj-case.net It is one of many.

But what bugs me the most is the general attitude you guys present, and the language. You trash people in a way to make yourself look better. Maybe thats why you can`t tolerate Michael Jackson, because he is different, and say guilty whenever someone cry wolf. Someone said once, calling Michael Jackson a freak and a peadophile says more about you then it does about Michael Jackson.

    Think about that.

I can’t believe I’ve got one of Michael Jackson’s sycophants ranting here. Amazing.

So, you can trash us, but we can’t trash anyone? Interesting. I don’t suppose you have children of your own, do you? Would YOU let your children sleep in the same bed as ANY man other than their parent (or grandparent)? If so, you ought to be reported for child abuse. MJ HAS said himself that he shares his bed with children. Obviously you and his other groupies choose to ignore it because it doesn’t mesh with the image you CHOOSE to have of your idol.

Different is one thing; MJ is definitely much more than “different.” PLEASE.

You MJ sycophants are just as sick as he is.
