There’s an Alabama elephant standing in the room that needs to take a massive link dump!

I had each of these things saved with the intent of writing more about them, but I’ve let things get so backed up I’m just going to dump them and let y’all provide your own commentary. I still have a mountain of email and other blogs to catch up on, and if I spend too much time on this, I’ll get further behind. Trying to keep up on everything is making me feel like I’ve developed ADHD! So, here goes…

* First and FOREMOST: Hyscience has been doing a massive amount of research to try to help save Terri Schiavo’s life.
I’ll be posting MUCH MORE on this issue in the next few weeks as I join in his efforts to stop Michael Schiavo’s quest to selfishly end his wife’s life. PLEASE go get up to speed on the issue and if you agree that Terri Schiavo has a right to live, join the battle. Let him know in the comments or via email if you’re willing to push this issue on your site! While I’ve never been close to being in Terri’s situation, I’ve had to consider the possibility in the past while going through my own medical battles. I signed paperwork indicating my wishes prior to all my operations, but Terri didn’t have that choice. I can’t believe she would choose anything other than what most of the rest of us would choose. (Don’t assume you’d want to die, unless you’ve been actually faced with the possibility and had to make out a living will, either.) And even though like Terri, I was married, I left the decisions to my mother in case I ended up incapable of doing so.

* Terrorists targeting bloggers! No kidding around–names, addresses are being posted on jihadi sites. Just go read all of Rusty’s news today–he’s also posted an update about the Italian “hostage” (now being released).

* I hope you remember Sgt. Rafael Peralta. (If not, click!) The Danz Family remembers Sgt Peralta through photos from a mutual friend, showing the regular guy who became a hero by going beyond the call of duty for his country and comrades.

* SlagleRock has a design contest for the new DNC flag!
Make your own flag for the DNC, track back here and I’ll post them all together to be judged by other bloggers and readers.

* Some of the moonbats “suffering” from PEST are finally making good on their threats to flee the Amerikan Theocracy. Good riddance! Will you please take Michael Newdow, Ward Churchill, and Eason Jordan with you?

* I want to take a vacation. Please send money! Uh, for bandwidth expenses, y’know…
